Course Details

Our Creative Self-Development Mentorship programme is designed to empower 11 to 16-year-old students to take charge of their personal growth and academic journey. Through 1-to-1 mentoring sessions with our experienced Creative Mentors, students will embark on a transformative journey focused on enhancing their behaviour and attitude towards learning in school.

Key Features:

Self-Reflection and Goal Setting guided introspection to identify areas for improvement and set specific, achievable goals for personal and academic growth.

Skill Building and Strategy Development – tools, techniques, and resources to enhance study skills, time management, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.

Implementation and Feedback – actioning plans, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed, acknowledging success along the way.

Reflection and Celebration – analysing the journey, celebrating achievements, and identifying lessons learned to carry forward.

Throughout the programme, students will work closely with their mentor to craft personalised self-development plans tailored to their unique strengths, challenges, and aspirations. These plans will encompass strategies to overcome obstacles, cultivate positive habits, and foster a growth mindset conducive to academic success and personal fulfillment.

The overall objective of this programme is not only to improve students behaviour and attitude towards learning but also assist them in developing essential life skills and self-confidence that will serve them beyond the classroom, empowering them to thrive academically, personally and creatively.
